New Apartments La Condesa by VIATO

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. Muy limpio y cómodo. El personal ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado en todo momento. Volveremos seguro!

Everything you need and peaceful

There are many great things about this place: 1) the location can’t be beat, close to many places by foot and beside both important parks 2) very clean with new facilities and a wonderful terrace if you’re lucky to get the 2nd floor apartments 3) consistently reliable hot water and wifi 4) we had to extend our stay by an extra night given flight issues and the host let us check out late and check in early in the free apartment to try to minimize disturbance

The apartment was freezing even in August- we had to ask for space heaters (which they provided promptly) There is very minimal cutlery and there are discrepancies between apartments ( our second place had wine glasses that the first was missing) this could be improved as they have ample storage space. For example, cooking breakfast for a group of 4 was hard since only small frying pans were available and in our 4 nights stay only 3 coffee capsules were provided

Loved the location and how spacious it was.

-bed was a bit firm -the apartment can get very cold even in July - it has a rain shower but sprays everywhere so no chance of having a no hair wash day -coffee is pods but great coffee shop just downstairs
