New Apartments La Condesa by VIATO

We liked the location and the apartment design and layout.

Our apartment was on the first floor and we found it to be dark. The sunshine in the afternoon couldn't reach the apartment which made it a bit cool. We were there in November so it might be a perfect place in the warmer months.

Everything was excellent! A lot of storage space, filtered water, front and back balconies, and a great rooftop. The design of the space was impressive. The location was incredible, and the staff was super responsive to all my inquiries prior to my lodging. Cannot wait to stay here again.

The pull-out sofa kept pulling out, so we couldn’t really lounge there.

LAS CAMAS

We liked the house and the apartment in floor 6. Really clean, and lots of space for 2, maybe a bit too much for us, although we liked having 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was great and extra points for the water filter. Apartment was cold at nights when outside temperature dropped to under +10C. Bed was ok, 160cm wide, not the worst not the most comfortable. Anyway, we still think it was almost perfect, just a few little things could have been better. I also stayed in a huge apartment in the same building that was on the first floor and it was significantly colder at nights. There was a construction site out on the street but it didn’t bother us during our stay.

Everything! This flat is absolutely amazing. Not on is the location perfect as it stands right in front of Parque España and right next to a super tasty little coffee place, but it also has an amazing view of the Parque España on the one side and the Amsterdam street on the other side. The entire building is surprisingly quiet and the staff on the ground floor are very polite and helpful.

It is cold and somewhat gloomy. Large space well accommodated but not cozy or comfy. Seems like an old office space.
