We really enjoyed our stay. We did have an incident with our dog, and the staff handled it with great professionalism and understanding. Overall, a very pleasant experience. P.S The location is amazing! 🤩

As a small suggestion, it might be helpful to add a shelf or holder inside the shower to place the bathroom amenities, as they are currently located outside the shower on the window ledge.

The apartment was amazing. Great shower, comfortable beds. Great kitchen, very spacious living room. A fantastic owner! When we requested some heating it took less than 5 minutes for heaters to arrive. Not only these but also when you are sitting on the terrace and enjoying the park view, the smell of fresh bakeries and coffee from downstairs coffee shop is priceless

La cercanía con las áreas de nuestro interés como Condesa, Roma Norte, etc. Las vista desde nivel 6 eran muy bonitas.

Me sorprendió negativamente el poco aislamiento hacia el exterior, sobretodo respecto al ruido, sin descuidar térmicamente. Pero todo el sonido de la calle era como tenerlo dentro del departamento, ambulancias, policía, coches, camiones, obras, etc. Agradecemos que nos faciliten tapones de oídos pero somos una familia con bebé y no podemos aislarnos. También considero que los acabados, materiales, y su estado de conservación empiezan a dejar cierta evidencia del paso del tiempo.

The location is fantastic if you're planning to explore Condesa & Roma Norte. However, that's about all that's fantastic about New Apartments La Condesa. To be fair though, there is nothing totally awful about it either. The building and area are very safe and the 24/7 security is great in terms of safety.

These apartments, or at least ours, looked nothing like the photos. The photos seem to be taken several years ago based on what the actual apartment looked like when we arrived. The floors were all scratched up, paint was chipping on walls, there were multiple open cracks in the walls, towels (while clean) were very old & worn and there was just a lot of wear & tear overall. Is it modern? Yes. Is it new? No. Is it maintained well? Absolutely not. Was it comfortable? A little bit, in the sense that the apartments are big and spacious. The bed however was not comfortable. The construction of the building leaves a lot to be desired, as many do in CDMX. What I mean by that is street noise is prevalent, and you will also hear noises from your neighbors above, below, next door and on the roof (depending on your floor). Sharing this more to be informative, because this is an issue basically everywhere in CDMX, outside of big hotel chains where you generally sacrifice location. That said, we dispute other reviews that this building is quiet and point out that peaceful sleep was an issue for us. Before booking, you should keep in mind that the building does not have AC or heat. There are fans in the bedrooms to help cool, and you can grab a space heater from the lobby for heating. That did not affect us for this trip but might be important for other seasons. Also know that the coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto. We asked before arrival and were told not to worry because they left enough coffee pods for our 4 night stay. Upon arrival there were a total of 4 coffee pods in the apartment. That's not enough for 2 people on a 4 night stay. When questioned about this, the host's response was let us know when you run out and we'll have more delivered. What's the point of communicating beforehand, if the host cannot follow through, especially at $240/per night? We're glad we brought our own coffee pods.
