Spacious and excellent location. Security on front desk very pleasant. All other communication is via message with the manager who provided prompt and helpful information. He even contacted us to let us know we had left some sunglasses behind and held on to them until we could arrange pick up.

It was cold overnight but reception did supply fan heaters. I would imagine in the summer it is a welcome refuge from the heat of the city.

The location was great. The place was very clean and very safe which is a plus.

Our only concern was that the wifi wasn't working well especially towards the master bedroom area.

El departamento esta muy bonito, muy bien ubicado, y nos lo entregaron limpio y con utensilios de limpieza.

Las ventanas no dan mucha privacidad durante el día, pero no es nada que afecte durante la noche. Se puede dormir comodamente.

The apartment was big, location is great, and we had great communication from the host. Interior unit was very quiet. A couple things to note: the water comes out cold, but warms up within a few minutes. We didn’t realize CDMX buildings don’t typically have heating, but we were provided space heaters, so just ask if it’s needed. We had a confortable stay and I would definitely book again!

Location was good but its on a road that is active all day and night so if you are a light sleeper, it would be difficult.
