Cozy apt with City skyline rooftop

L'immeuble est bien situé (proche des commerces et de l'arrêt de bus), nouveau, agréable et propre. L'appartement est moderne, la chambre spacieuse et lumineuse.

Le ménage ne semblait pas avoir été fait a notre arrivée (microonde tout sale, poussière au sol, pas de balai...) La cuisine manque d'éléments indispensables comme des torchons, de l'essuie-tout, ouvre-boite, saladier, passoire, assez de couverts pour remplir le lave-vaisselle. Dans la salle de bain il y a n'y a pas de d'essuie-mains et le gel douche est pour homme. Jimmy m'a écrit le premier soir que nous aurions tout cela le lendemain mais nous n'avons rien vu de plus en 5 jours. De plus, la veille de notre arrivée, le toit a été vandalisé et les voisins en avait coupé l'accès et nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter du principal attrait du logement. De nouveau, Jimmy nous a mentionné un traitement de compensation mais nous n'avons plus de nouvelles depuis notre départ.

La terrasse était magnifique. La chambre spacieuse et le lit confortable. Lave linge et sèche linge top. Sympa les produits shampooing, douche, vaisselle, linge, etc. Le bus 123 passe toutes les 20min, 24/24, parfait même s'il faut prévoir un coût supplémentaire pour cela car nous sommes dans le New Jersey (env. 4 dollars par trajet) Le quartier est tranquille la nuit.

J'aurais aimé un rideau plus épais pour la lumière du matin. On entend un peu les colocataires si on tombe mal mais c'est sympa aussi de rencontrer d'autres voyageurs.

The view from the rooftop is really breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean. The area is nice and there's a bus stop literally 1min away from the place, with direct links to and from NYC

When I received the check in instructions from the host, I was surprised to learn that a key to the apartment is ALWAYS left in a location which is accessible to anyone in the building, meaning anyone at any point could have entered the apartment. The host also encourages you to leave the main apartment door unlocked when you check out. Additionally, the host asks you not to tell anyone from the building that you are from Booking or any other platforms. If someone from the building questions who you are and why you're there, you should tell them you're "Jimmy's friend". As a woman travelling alone, the above made me feel very uneasy.

Great with nice roof top! New building. Location was only 10 minutes by bus from central bus terminal. Bus stop only few meters away from apartment. Food market only 100m away. Good connection with owner. Washing mascine and dryer in apartment. Clean, only floors were little dirty.

Location 10/10, very easy to commute to Manhattan for the price it was offered.

Shared areas werent clean at all, and during our stay, nobody went to clean them, even though I asked the property through the booking app. Nobody answered ever.

Easy access to the city. Good price.

Unfortunately, our "roomates" were very loud and messy. I know the owner can't control who will book the room, however they made our experience awful with being loud, cooking in shared kitchen late, using bathrooms busy for hours.
