Cozy apt with City skyline rooftop

Met name Booking.com heeft ons schandalig behandeld. We kregen niet de locatie die we geboekt hadden en Booking.com heeft alleen een vervangende locatie op een veel minder gunstige locatie geregeld. Geen excuus of compensatie - voor een groot gerenommeerd bedrijf als Booking echt beschamend.

Die Dusche ist ausreichend groß, sehr viele Steckdosen, sehr gutes WLAN und viele Schränke (Stauraum).

Das Beistellbett (Zimmer A) war recht hart, leider waren zu wenig Gläser und Besteck vorhanden

V pronajatém bytě jsme strávily 9dní.Byt, a taktéž náš pokoj byl pohodlný,prostorný,čistý a bylo zde veškeré základní vybavení.Velkolepá střešní terasa a výhled z ní na celý NY❣️Nejlepší na ubytování je jeho poměr cena/výkon.Naprosto skvělá je lokalita,pravá Amerika😄milí místní obyvatelé, bezpečná čtvrť(při nočních návratech z Manhattanu jsme se cítily v klidu)dostupné obchody,bistra,kavárny aj.Do centra na Time Sq.je to cca 10-15min busem č.123,jezdí pravidelně co 20min,zastávka cca 2min od bytu,cena 4$/osoba/1cesta. Doporučuji přečíst některá hodnocení,ať nejste zaskočeni,že jde o sdílený byt-jsou zde 3 pokoje, a tedy sdílená koupelna(pro 2pokoje-4osoby) a sdílená kuchyň.Pouze jeden z pokojů má vlastní koupelnu a toaletu.Ostatní nájemnici byli během našeho pobytu klidní a vstřícní(jediný bod,který nelze předvídat,pokud narazíte na složité nájemníky)🤷🏻‍♀️.Dobré spojení s poskytovatelem, nemějte obavy když reaguje až v den pro check-in,poté odpovídá svižněji přes WhatsApp.Určitě doporučuji.

! Don't Rent! Niet doen, het is illegale verhuur. Je verblijft in een appartement waarvan de 3 slaapkamers afzonderlijk worden verhuurd! Dus je gebruikt het appartement gezamenlijk, dus ook toilet, douche en keuken. We kregen bij aankomst van verhuurder in text instruction "If you meet anyone from the neighboring unit from the building, you can just mention that you are a friend of Jimmy who is here for visit". Tevens was het appartement niet schoon, geen handdoeken aanwezig (lagen in de wasmachine) en het gordijn was stuk, in de nacht hingen we lakens voor de ramen.

La terraza con vistas a Manhattan, y el barrio (aunque hay que decir que al estar en New Jersey el transporte no está incluido en la Metrocard de Nueva York y cada viaje en bus a Manhattan son unos 4 euros).

Vaya por delante que tengo claro que no estoy valorando un hotel de cinco estrellas. Sé perfectamente lo que he pagado por el apartamento y, en consecuencia, lo que proporcionalmente sería justo pedirle al propietario por el servicio que ofrece. Me he tomado la molestia de leer las críticas y me parece una pena que el propietario no haya hecho el menor caso de las quejas vertidas sobre las deficiencias del apartamento y que yo acredito como ciertas después de mi estancia. Y eso que en mi comunicación con él me agradeció "darle la oportunidad de mejorar" cuando le hice notar diversos problemas. Un perfecto ejercicio de cinismo, pues está claro que no ha hecho el menor esfuerzo por mejorar el servicio, y dudo que lo haga después de que se publique este comentario. En fin, una vez más hay que hablar de estas deficiencias ya comentadas por diversos usuarios: - Deficiente limpieza del apartamento: encuentras restos de comida en el microondas, en las alacenas (pan petrificado, pan de molde con moho...), manchas en las colchas, y la limpieza del baño y la cocina muy, muy justita. - Total carencia de menaje de cocina. - La llave que da entrada al apartamento está situada de tal manera que cualquier vecino (y prácticamente cualquier persona) puede encontrarla y accededer al apartamente. Esto me generó mucha inseguridad. Sugiero que el propietario actualice este sistema de entrada por un cajetín con clave como mínimo, y un cierre más seguro a cada una de las habitaciones. - La habitación es de buen tamaño y luminosa, pero le faltan detalles mínimos como algún colgador donde poner las toallas mojadas y un punto de luz (ya ni pido una mesilla) en el lado izquierdo de la cama. - El propietario hace caso omiso de indicaciones que le das, pese a decir que las va a subsanar inmediatamente. En mi caso estuve toda la estancia sin poder subir la persiana de la habitación porque tenía la cadena rota, hecho que le indiqué tanto al llegar como al marchar.

Very convenient location travel wise. It is right next to the bus stop and it’s about a 20min ride to port authority in NYC. You can get 10passes for 35bucks with the njtransit app so it was super easy. As well as the view from the roof at night looking at the city was very breathtaking. Very quiet and uncrowded neighborhood!

I can only speak for the room that has to share the bathroom. For how much we were told to wait cause they were “cleaning” I get it is a shared space but the floor is our room was dirty, there was a bug next to the small bed. The blankets on the bed has so many stains on them even the fitted sheet. The bathroom was dirty and the curtain is covered in mold. The lack of communication before hand with the owner was a huge downer. I reached out way in advance with a question never got a response, reached out a bit before and never got a response had to call the day we arrived. I recommend calling the number or texting to reach them.

Месторасположение, паркинг, руфтоп, легко добраться до Манхеттена, остановка рядом, район чисты й и спокойный.

Было грязно в комнате, особенно в ванной и недостаточно жалюзи, в комнате ночью было светло.

Die Dachterrasse und die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus nach New York

Es war sehr dreckig. Besonders das Bad sah aus, als wären die Vormieter gerade erst ausgezogen. Nirgendwo wurde im Vorfeld klar kommuniziert, dass es eine Gemeinschaftswohnung ist. Alles ist sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn sind nicht unbedingt rücksichtsvoll gewesen.

J'ai passé 8 jours dans la location. La chambre était confortable, propre et il y avait tout à disposition dans l'appartement (lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café, fer à repasser...). C'est plutôt agréable après les longues journées de marche dans Manhattan, on se sent comme à la maison. Le plus de l'appartement est clairement son rapport qualité/prix quand on voit les loyers de Manhattan ! Je me suis rendu tous les jours à New York en bus et c'était très rapide. Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes pour rejoindre le coeur de ville et les bus passent très souvent. L'appartement est partagé entre plusieurs chambres. Les autres locataires lors de mon séjour étaient calmes et accueillants (c'est le seul point qu'on ne peut pas prévoir si vous tombez sur des locataires compliqués). Je recommande !
