Cozy apt with City skyline rooftop

It was not for 3 people we were not comfortable at all if its that small 1 place to sleep host it as for 1 person not 3

Anbindung ist ok, Bus nach New York braucht 20 min und kostet 4$.

Das Apartment war sehr dreckig, im Bad waren auf allen Oberflächen Haare und Staubschichten, die mit Sicherheit seit Wochen nicht entfernt wurden. Wir sind sicher, dass das Bad zwischen den Gästen überhaupt nicht geputzt wird. Mein Partner hat erstmal Haare von wahrscheinlich vielen vorherigen Gästen vom Abfluss entfernt, damit man überhaupt duschen konnte. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Die Möbel sind billig und geschmacklos und es ist komplett zusammengewürfelte gemusterte Bettwäsche drauf, vermutlich damit man auch hier Flecken nicht sieht. Wir haben den Gastgeber kontaktiert und um eine Lösung gebeten, er hat uns geghosted. Es gibt nur eine Klimasteuerung für die ganze Wohnung, wo alle Zimmer einzeln vermietet werden. Unsere Nachbarn wollten es sehr kalt und wir mussten die ganze Nacht frieren. Wir waren einfach nur froh aus dieser dreckigen Wohnung abreisen zu können. Tut euch den Gedallen und zahlt etwas mehr um nicht in diesem Loch schlafen zu müssen.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy insatisfactoria y no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que se prometía en el anuncio. Un par de días de nuestra llegada, nos encontramos en una situación de inseguridad e incomodidad, ya que en el ascensor del edificio había una nota de vecinos que manifestaban claramente su rechazo a los apartamentos turísticos y pedían identificar en qué viviendas se encontraban los huéspedes. Este ambiente hostil nos hizo sentir vigiladas e incómodas durante toda la estancia. Además, uno de los principales atractivos del apartamento era una terraza con vistas, la cual resultó estar cerrada. Nos enteramos por una nota en la puerta de la vivienda de que esto se debía a comportamientos inapropiados de anteriores huéspedes, como fiestas, lo que perjudicó directamente nuestra experiencia sin ser nuestra responsabilidad. Intentamos comunicarnos con el propietario para expresar nuestra preocupación, pero su actitud fue totalmente despreocupada. No nos ofreció solución alguna ni se disculpó por la situación; simplemente restó importancia al problema, culpando a otros apartamentos del edificio. No mostró empatía ni profesionalismo, y al comunicarle que decidíamos abandonar el lugar, no intentó mediar, ni propuso acuerdo alguno, ni ofreció compensación. Asimismo, el anuncio indicaba que el alojamiento incluía desayuno, lo cual no fue así en ningún momento. El equipamiento de cocina era muy deficiente, especialmente considerando que éramos siete personas alojadas. No había suficientes utensilios para un uso básico. En resumen, no recomendaríamos este alojamiento a nadie que busque tranquilidad, seguridad o una experiencia fiel a lo prometido en la plataforma. Es fundamental que Booking revise este tipo de publicaciones para garantizar una experiencia fiable a los usuarios.

La camera era sporca, il piumone sul letto aveva una macchia rossa incrostata e nelle lenzuola abbiamo trovato diversi capelli. Sul pavimento non è stata passata neanche una scopa. Inoltre l’host ci ha dato un numero di telefono sbagliato e non siamo riusciti a contattarlo, e nella chat di Booking non è stato possibile parlare con lui perché non ci ha mai risposto. SCONSIGLIO!

الصور لدى booking مختلف عن الواقع من ناحية النظافه وعدم توفر الاحتياجات من اللحاف والمخدات للعدد المطلوب والغرفه صغيرة جدا جدا جدا ومشتركه مع 3 غرف في شقه واحده ومطبخ مشترك واواني المطبخ غير مرتبه وغير نظيفة والثلاجه ممتلئه ماكولات مستخدمه ورائحه سيئه ومشروبات كحوليه وأيضاً أسوأ شخص تعاملت ولا يوجد لديه حسن الخلق و التعامل والاسوأ من ذلك لم اسكن ولا لحظه وقمت بالغاء الحجز ولم بتم حتى الان استرداد المبلغ وتم رفع الشكوى لدى booking وحتى الان في انتظار استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع .

Das Personal war schrecklich, erst nach Tagen/Monaten geantwortet. Alles war dreckig, nichts wurde sauber gemacht. Bettwäsche/Matratze war total fleckig. Es fehlten viele Sachen, wie z.B. Spühlmaschinen-Tabs, was für die Wäsche. Es fehlte vieles

Ficamos por 6 noites no quarto com banheiro privativo. Excelente acomodação. Apartamento bem equipado, não sentimos falta de nada. Fica localizado a uns 50 metros da parada de ônibus ( ônibus 123) que vai direto para a estação PABT em Manhattan em 20 minutos. Dica: compre 10 passes (zona 2) no terminal PABT que fica mais barato. Até as 22:00 h você pode pegar o ônibus nos portões de numeração 211. Após as 22:00 h deverá pegar o ônibus no portão 303.

The view from the rooftop patio of the Manhattan skyline was amazing. The location and proximity to midtown Manhattan was convenient via the 123 bus. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

The unit was not clean at all. There was hair all over the floor, especially in the bathroom. The toilet, walls, insides of the bathroom cabinets, table and floor were all dirty and I had to wipe most surfaces down. The bed sheet had a stain on it. I believe the unit was misrepresented as it was advertised as a cozy apartment which led me to believe it was completely self contained. However, the kitchen was part of a common area shared with 2 other bedrooms and another bathroom. The security was an issue with the key kept under the mat where anyone could get it and it was advised to keep the main door to the shared apartment unlocked. One night I arrived back to find the chain was put on the main door by one of the other guests. Fortunately, after many I attempts I was able to open it. The door to the private bedroom did not have a deadbolt, only a flimsy lock on the handle that looked like it had been broken into previously with tape helping to “fix” it.
