Cozy studio unit at Sun Residences

This review is for the property's complete failure to honor a confirmed reservation. The booking was unexpectedly canceled by the property owner, who admitted the room had been sold to another guest. This constitutes an overbooking/cancellation at their fault. As a result, my travel plans were significantly disrupted, and I had to scramble to find alternative accommodation. Reliability is zero. Do not book here if you need a confirmed place to stay. Until now, i still have no assurance for a full refund.

Its a beautiful small condo , suitable for guest in solo or couple .Good internet connection Kitchen are well equipped although i didnt use this facilities , i eat out . Shops are in the lower ground of building , fast food are nearby . Ms Rishian - was very attentive w/ all inquiries .

All elevator should be working especially on busy hours . Its a long waiting to get into the lift .

Quite and cool

The room is a bit stinky.

Stayed for 2 nights here. The place was so comfy and smells good upon entering. Super clean at that too and the kitchen equipments and utensils are complete and nice. They do have towels, slippers,soap,toothbrush too. Cleaning supplies such as dishwashing soap and foam is provided, vaccum too! ^_^ Tissues were provided. AC is working good. The comfort room is so clean and nice. The host/owner is so accomodating and answered my inquiries. Thank you so much!

Maybe the building's kinda long lines on elevator esp on the 6th floor since all the condo unit tenants are using 2 elevators only. But lines move fast naman.

Comfortable foom with all the facilities you need, well equipped kitchen, Landry machine, TV, Netflix.

No excuses to the swimming pool, i didn't enjoy to go through the guards everytime and it's far from Manila and from the airport.

The place is located near a mall that has a supermarket. There is also plenty of fast food to choose from and the place feels relatively safe. It is always well-lighted! It is also not very far from other places where you can find more food variety such as Espana. The host(s) was nice and always responsive. The place was cosy and I would definitely consider staying here again! Worth the price, in my opinion! It may not be a popular option for tourists as it is not located near BGC/Makati but it will allow you to see the other side of Manila while still feeling safe! Definitely a place to stay if you want to try a place out of BGC/Makati which is most likely to be more pricey!

I dislike the security system. No cards are given to you; thus, to enter the gantry, the guard will have to tap the card for you. For some guards that are not familiar with your face, they may request for your proof of allowance to stay, which can be annoying if you have plenty of items at hand. The lift can also have a long queue, which can be annoying if you are in a rush or tired (Around 5-10mins wait). However, these are factors beyond the control of the host. For the host, should the individual stay more than a few days, it would be nice if you could provide more toiletries since you stated that it would be provided (only two sachets of shampoo were provided while I stayed for a week). Also, plastic bags for trash (I felt that this was a basic thing to provide). Nevertheless, these are all minor issues and the place was great to stay!
