The Old Post Office Studio Apartment in a Beautiful Cotswold Village

Cutest little village, coffee, milk bread and tea provided.

Not a dislike as it’s out of the hosts hands, but there really isn’t any signal whatsoever, so booking taxis etc is almost impossible. This is noted in the booking comms though so just make sure you are prepared.

Location was really nice and peaceful

The location. It was located in the middle of a quiet and charming little village. Just beautiful. The host very precise in guiding us to the place. And she was helpful. 😊

Could not find the property due to no street name or number. The host wanted me to download an app to find the property. It is hard to download apps with an Australian phone and limited internet. She also told me she sent me the code for the app but she did not and she kept arguing the point. She charged a large cleaning fee. She also told me the room was not available after I had booked and paid for it on line as she was “abroad”. Then she mysteriously was in the country after all and the room was available.

It was a very cosy little studio but had everything we needed for a two night stay. It was in a beautiful location, with a little garden area too, perfect for our dog!

Nothing bad about the property itself, but the kitchen tap dropped from when we got there to when we left. This wasn’t too much of an issue until nighttime when it’s all we could hear! We also couldn’t get the heated towel rail to work, so the towels were still damp when we went to use them. These were only minor issues though and the rest was perfect!

A gorgeous little property in a stunning picturesque location. Lovely thoughtful touches from the host including fresh bread, milk , butter and preserves in the kitchen. We loved the peace and quiet of thes tucked away comfortable stay and will return again soon
