Am contactat propietarul și i-am explicat că nu mai pot ajunge și că doresc să îmi restituie banii înapoi iar propietaru a spus că doar 50% ...am acceptat deși și asta mi se pare o nesimțire din partea sa...Să nu se mire că are ratingu ăsta așa prost...Îl merită , nu sunt singuru care mă plâng se servicile lor de neîncredere. A zis că după ce primește banii de la voi booking.com îmi va restitui 50% din sumă prin gcash...I-am dat nr unde să restituie și nici până în ziua de azi nu am primit nimic .Probleme și chesti imprevizibile pot apărea oricând dar lucrurile se pot rezolva într-un mod civilizat ci nu unul fraudulos.

The water system is very bad, pool is over price that supposed to be included to the room that we rented. No proper information and not convenient. The price we paid was a scammed.

Although the booking was already paid, the owner didnt make any initiative to give us the wifi password. We have to go out and find a signal for our phones and contact them...

The condo is nice, a nice place to stay.

The condo is a bit far from the sea, though we really wanted to go to the sea at night but we opted not to go.,

No anything nice except the building outside

No soap, no tessue the bedsheet is not good no microwave u cant use the swimmingpool need to pay,extra money,the beach so far 3km , the wifi no signal good, no signal for phone good u cant swim without car, the beach close 6pm because no light , the very worst experience for us.

I like the balcony because of the view

Bad electricity and getting to the water is stressful.There are three rice cookers but they are not working very stressful.
