I loved how homely, clean and well decorated it was! It had everything we needed and more!

We didn’t receive a code on arrival, and the two phone numbers we were given both went to voicemail. This caused a lot of panic, especially with a crying 2-year-old, and made the situation very stressful. In the end, we had to use Facebook to find an alternative contact number to gain access. I had also previously raised concerns via email about being placed in a room with stairs due to our young child, but I felt this was largely ignored, which added to my worry
