Great location for eating and drinking out. Tram stop into Blackpool just across road.

It was lovely just enough for what we needed bit more compact than the photos show but still lovely

The heating having to making a call every night because the heating wasn’t on or broke or both or somebody tampered with the thermostat

Well located, spacious, comfortable, modern , great facilities

We visited early January, but the bedroom was too warm, even with the heating turned off. Also, the TV's in the bedroom were unable to get a signal, so only really useful for DVD's

The staff/team were really helpful, the accommodation was fantastic value for money, sea views, great location , a lovely property, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was lovely and warm

The shower wasn’t as powerful as I’d like but still did the job - it may be due to the pressure

It's a home away from home. Just what you need for a few nights away, it has everything you need for self-catering, everything was nice and luxurious.

There's nothing not to like, location is great, tram stop right outside, pub next door and supermarket not too far

Firstly great communication before our arrival. Brilliant that our apartment had it's own parking spot. On entering the warmth of the hotel was so welcoming. Everything was so easy and once in our Starlight suite and checked everything out we were very pleased how exceptionally clean it was in every room. Our bedrooms had everything necessary and very comfortable. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits were very welcome. Being right on the promenade and on the top floor we had a balcony and a view of the sea and the lights. All in all we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend The Beach.

We’ve been coming here for many years and we love the layout and the lounge and downstairs configuration. Decor is nice. Location perfect. Heating good.

Starting to lose its panache a little. Facilities in kitchen poor e.g no sieve, measuring jug, soap or cleaning spray. Also the shower head in front bedroom is filthy with black slime. That has really made me question the level of cleaning.
