Ocea Studio Apartments

The property is in a great location with many restaurants and swimming spots nearby. It is well enough equipped for a short stay. The mattress is comfortable and the outside balcony area is fantastic. These were the two standout points for us. There is aircon which helped as it was really hot. The support from the staff was great, the communication was clear and there were no issues with checking in.

The Wifi does not reach the whole apartment. It only works in the bathroom and where the bed is - it does not reach the lounge / dining area or the balcony. The signal is also not very good. The bed is covered in a loose sheet - not a fitted sheet. The sheet is too small to be appropriately tucked in and therefore pulls away through the night. This felt extremely unhygienic as we’d wake up laying on the bare mattress. The bathroom has a smell - perhaps relating to the drain. The parking area often had other cars in it and was not available for us to use. While we raised this with the host, it’s not an easy issue to fix timeously when they can’t be sure who is parked there. Luckily there is free parking close by but I’m not sure how reliable that would be in peak season. Basically, don’t expect to have your designated parking spot. Some minor improvements would really do the property a massive service.

Sijainti aivan meren rannalla oli hieno! Ravintoloita oli paljon ihan vieressä. Silti rauhallinen paikka. Huoneessa oli myös isot kylpypyyhkeet, jotka olivat tarpeen uintireissuilla.

Huoneista ei ollut mitään näköalaa. Vessa oli tukossa heti tullessamme mutta se korjattiin nopeasti. Toisesta huoneesta oli suihkupää irti.

Прекрасные апартаменты в идеальном месте — Старый город в шаговой доступности. Терраса с панорамным видом на Которский залив — это отдельное удовольствие, там хочется проводить всё время. Команда, всегда на связи и готова помочь с любым вопросом. Единственный минус — запах канализации в туалете, который немного омрачал пребывание. Надеемся, что этот вопрос будет решён. В целом — хорошее место для отдыха в Которе.

The location was amazing, very easy to walk to Kotor Fortress as well as a myriad of nearby restaurants. The apartment was modern and clean, I felt very comfortable there.

The apartment is very well situated... it is a short walk to the major shops, old town Kotor, and restaurants. The staff were very responsive and easy to get in touch when there were questions or any issues.

The size of the apartment was small and often felt cramped. We struggled to fit our suitcases in the apartment in a location that didn't not become a tripping hazard so I recommend future travellers pack light!
