Ocea Studio Apartments

The property is in a great location, just a 20 minute walk into the old town. Plenty of restaurants on the bay too. The building itself is well kept and only a few apartments on the building means minimal noise from neighbours.

We found our stay comfortable for the most part but felt a few things could be improved. There is no full length mirror, this could be an easy fix and would make getting ready of a morning or evening when going out for meals easier. The loungers on the balcony are functional but would benefit from a cushion or cover as they’re quite uncomfortable. The kettle doesn’t work properly and the lid just pops open every time you want to boil it. Lastly we discovered upon arrival the boiler had a leak that was being managed by placing a bowl under to catch the drips. This wasn’t mentioned to us when checking in and on occasions the leaking was so bad we had to change the bowl several times a day to prevent it from spilling over. Not really what we wanted to be doing on our holiday.

Location was good

Pictures had sea view, but the apartment we got didn’t. No balcony neither. They said it was a booking.com displaying problem. They offer more apartments and some have sea view and a balcony/terrace.

Brilliant location for this beautiful apartment. Hosts were outstanding. Comfy bed, powerful shower, good range of kitchen equipment. Peaceful area with a scenic 15 minutes walk to the old town. Plenty of cafe/resurants and shops nearby.

We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived at the apartment but the hosts were very responsive, gave explainations and sorted out where they could. Highly recommend.

Host gave very clear instructions on how to check in and was very helpful and quick to respond in case of any doubts. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had all utensils we needed and very close to the old town of Kotor. Also, it had supermarkets and several restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to stay and spend some days in this amazing town and country.
