Beachfront Stella Maris Apt on Condado Ave

Beautiful view and location.

Gate code didn’t work when we arrived. In addition, the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. When we walked up to the 7th floor to unlock the door, we realized that we weren’t given the key to the 7th floor door. We were stuck downstairs and couldn’t access our apartment for a while. This was an issue for most of our time on this vacation.

Great location and worked well for my family trip.

The rooms look better in person. Upgraded kitchen. The host seemed awesome. Very responsive. View is amazing. Me and my boyfriend want to move there! Haha

Shaky elevator, was kinda scary to ride it. Bathroom has a window, we had to take showers with lights off because of that. Bathroom might need some upgrade. Also a battery died on the door on the first floor and we had to wait for other people to come open the door. According to the neighbors that door has been giving them problems. And last thing the key locker box was hard to open, I almost broke my nails. I had people helping me.

Well located in the center of Condado, and offers a stunning view to the beach!

Wrongly advertised “free parking”, we paid 90$ for the first night in the parking the host recommended. Plus other overnights in a cheaper parking we found 10-min walk from the apartment. Place, furniture and items were not really clean, bad windows isolation.

Safety, location, facilities to mention some. The spectacular front bench view and many more.

Wow I don’t know. I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like.

i love the fact it’s on the beach so the view was amazing

Great location, nice condo with a balcony facing the beautiful ocean.

The bed, mattress were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The couch could use a deep clean.

Didn't like that we did not know it was a vrbo from the add.
