Beachfront Stella Maris Apt on Condado Ave

Loved the location with ocean/beach view and sound of the ocean and convenience to get to the beach. Loved that chairs to take to the beach were provided. Loved that kitchen was upgraded and well stocked.

Bed was broken and was very uncomfortable the first 2 nights. The third day there was water on the floor in the closet. When we reported this both the leak and the bed were fixed promptly. We never had internet/wifi service the whole time we were there. The TV had internet service most of the time. We had no TV the last 2 days we were there. There was a delay in getting checkout instructions. There were ants on the kitchen counter that we didn’t notice until the last couple of days. We didn’t report this. Also all the keys and fobs to get into the apartment was inconvenient. And there’s only one set of keys, making it impossible to not leave and return together. Also think about adding hand towels and wash cloths in the bathroom.

You told me i couod park at the Marriot and it was false . Please that information is not helpfull. And we did not have sheets fir the bed.

Excellent location, updated/remodeled, and clean. Also loved having use of boogie boards, chairs and the beach bag.

There were 2 things we didn’t like - 1) the closet smelled like marijuana so we didn’t want to put any of our clothes in there and 2) only having one elevator key made it a little difficult for one of us to leave or return without others.

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach, the apartment is just as pictured. Great kitchen, great living room area, and spacious bedroom. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of space on balcony to sit and watch the sunrise or sunset. It’s a great location, close to all the places you would want to visit. Host was very communicative, checked in and made sure we had everything we need. It made our honeymoon fantastic!

Love the location, view, amount of towels, and security.

Too much security. A key is needed for everything.
