Location is good

Rooms are average and facilities are limited . Food quality and quantity is poor in restaurant . Price is a bit high and quality is poor . They only charging for location which is on bank of lake .

Quality of food in the natural view restaurant was very bad, the supplied food was not properly cooked and one day old. I informed to the manager but no one listen, they don't care about your satisfaction they just want money that's it. Room service was very poor, everyday you have to inform the housekeeper to do housekeeping also no one provided the toiletries.

"Patio was our favorite part"

Patio with view of lake is very beautiful. Location is good if you want to be in old city. Beds are comfortable and lots of hot water in shower.

Sounds insulation in the room was not the best - we could hear music from the restaurant upstairs and guests in the hallway. Walls in the room were scuffed up and needed new paint, but the floral detailing was nice.

"Great place with amazing views."

Beautiful place in the heart of Udaipur, with amazing views from the room and the rooftop terrace. Big spacious room with seating in front of the big windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to explore Udaipur.

Some smells in the bathroom, indoor pool not really accessible.

"Fantastic stay!"

The view from the corner room was exceptional. The entire room was spacious! Loved the window seats - one for sunrise, another for sunset! Room faces the setting sun, perfect in the colder seasons. The bed was comfortably firm. Both fan and AC were available in the room. There is plenty of lighting. Bottled water provided for guests. The food at the rooftop restaurant was definitely a highlight, big portions for price paid with fantastic views at all times of the day. Staff service was quick and friendly!

Just a point that a rooftop restaurant opposite the room allows the customers to look into your room but nothing pulling the curtains can't fix. There was no wardrobe in the room but that's not a huge issue either - hangars and door hooks were available.
