Hotel Devraj Niwas on Lake Pichola

Location is excellent. All staff behaviour are most favorable.

Washroom facilities are poor,need to be improved. Morning tea not available at room.

the location of hotel is it’s best aspect. the view from the top is amazing. you can clearly see the taj hotel in the middle of the lake and hills are visible far away. Night view is spectacular. Best value for money. Walkable distance to jagdish temple and city palace (top 2 places to see in Udaipur). Market starts from right outside the hotel. Great market to shop for souvenirs.

Property is not accessible by car, you can reach it only by autos. it makes sense given the small streets. Blankets looked kind of dirty but they replaced on request.

Reaching the location was stressful aince big cars cannot enter narrow lanes Quilt were not clean

Too expensive - not worth the money. There was not even a cupboard in the room. While booking, it was mentioned that the room has a cupboard, hair dryer etc., but no such amenities were provided. Had booked a premium room but it was utterly disappointing. The food was exceptionally bad, and there was no room service.
