Great place to stay in the center of Phnom Penh, the place is owned by very nice people always here to help! I recommend !!

The staff were lovely. She arranged a share taxi for me to another town, and e-bike rental. Also, this place has a nice restaurant. Also close to pub street, and to the canal where there are lots of street food place at night.

This place doesn't have hot shower, only cold shower. In the hot climate, this didn't really matter to me, but the description on booking.com doesn't make that clear. Early morning (around 5) got quite a bit of noise from outside (generator I think), and the water pipes squeel terribly.

The owners of this property are so sweet and nice. This was my second visit after having such a lovely experience last time. And as soon as I got there I was welcomed with that beautiful warm Cambodian smile and they welcomed me back. A little out the way so it's nice and peaceful there. But still very much near the centre of the city. And the guys in the kitchen do an amazing job of cooking some really tasty western dishes. I can honestly say that everything I ordered there was super delicious. The 2/3 families that run it are so cute and kind. The kids play around there with the little dogs and everyone has a really good vibe about them.

There's nothing I can think to mention..? the rooms are basic but cheap. And considering the way you are treated there and the food in the restaurant you can't really get better value for your money?! Oh... the gates to the property are closed at 10pm every night. But you're still welcome to come back late or whatever.. no problems at all :)
