The acces road not very good…. If it rains during your stay, I don't think you can pass with a small car

A beautiful shepherds hut, very off grid if you want to escape from people and the world. The hut has been built to a high spec with everything you would need for a few days break. The outside area is a huge bonus…. Especially the fire pit. It’s very quiet. We didn’t see the owners until we checked out. You are left alone to enjoy the peace. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a break away from everything.

The shower could do with a shower mat & the bed is quite high, which for most people isn’t a problem. I have a disability in one leg so it was difficult for me to get into the bed.

It was super cute, had all that was needed for a short stay. Very clean. we didn't have good weather so couldn't use the fire pit which was a shame. Loved not having a TV, really gave us time to escape. We didn't need to speak to the owners, the key was ready for our arrival. Very remote but this was the appeal for us.

The track to the shepherds hut was very bumpy, a good few pot holes. it wasn't a problem for us with our car but with a low suspension car it would have been hard to navigate the bumps. We didn't have control of the heating which was a shame but we could have made contact with the owners to ask. If it was colder we would have.

It was my second visit to this property as I knew it to be such a peaceful and idyllic setting. Close to Lotus cars and the Norfolk Tank Museum. Wildlife passing your door, beautiful trees to hug! I'd love to book for a six month stay. but life gets in the way. A lovely place, treat yourselves and visit if you can.

Do not be put off by any review which complains about the rough track to the accomodation it's not as bad as some declare. We poor folk have no bother, so it must be the Chelsea Tractor visitors in crisis. Smiley face.
