Lage der Unterkunft genial. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Liverpool leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein großes Plus ist auch die kostenlose Tiefgarage.

Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr praktisch und liegt auch strategisch sehr gut, aber sie ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ich möchte das Wort schmuddelig nur ungern verwenden, aber es trifft es auf den Punkt. Auch eine Toilettenspülung sollte für Reisende einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht erst auf Nachfrage und mit viel Geduld bedienbar sein.

Grand appartement en duplex tout équipé et très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville de Liverpool. La rue est calme et le parking souterrain est un vrai plus.. L hôtel est réactif et essaie de satisfaire les demandes.

La cuisine mérite un bon coup de nettoyage. La salle de bain n est pas fonctionnelle. (Chasse d eau défectueuse et canalisation de la baignoire obstruée)

Location was perfect, just need a quick overnight in Liverpool within walking distance to Albert Dock and Mathew Street. The apartment is very spacious and had more room than we needed. We appreciated the detailed instructions and photos the host provided to access the apartment and the underground car park as it was a multi-step process.

This could be a great rental with a bit more attention - things seemed old and a bit dingy - not dirty though, just in need of some updating. Could have used more than one set of towels but we did find additional towels after looking through a cupboard. The bed was ok but the pillows seemed like they were ages old. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing, but after a quick call to the host, Jonathan, we got it sorted. He was very helpful and keen to make sure we had everything taken care of.

Toilet flush was a bit of an issue

The location of the property was close to the centre and the empire theatre, the host on arrival was accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

There was no hot water in the property and the only explanation we received was that the last guest must of drained the hot water tank and the host wold come and check it the next morning, which was no good to us as we was checking out that morning.

Just hang some curtains up in the bedroom. It’s not too much to ask. Was a bit confusing that the property was upstairs and this wasn’t mentioned as I spent ten minute trying the door with the house number on it. I also don’t understand why any one needs my driving license and a selfie to use a property as I’ve never experienced this through booking.com ever. Also, tv didn’t work
