Great location very near cavern etc and 10 min walk to docks. Underground parking which is secure and within price. Fully equipped flat with absolutely everthing you could need for a visit for few days or longer. Wifi good as was communication for entry.

Couple of small things that would improve the stay. Bathroom handle kept falling off ,the heating we presume was underfloor but would have liked instructions. Out of his control but lift doesnt work which means going up stairs which is real pain if carrying cases or shopping.

Honestly, nothing-it was awful!!

If you value cleanliness and respect, I wholeheartedly advise against this place. The apartment was in such a state that, had we had a choice, we certainly wouldn’t have stayed the night. The toilet seat was very dirty and disgusting, with grime in the corners that hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor. The kitchen curtain had blood stains. The bedside lamp in the bedroom had such old dust that it couldn’t be wiped off with a finger. There was no access to the terrace, which was supposed to be an advantage of this place. The owner ignored our complaints and laughed at our request for a partial refund, claiming he had already addressed all our concerns. This was no consolation to us, as we spent the night in filth. My wife’s birthday trip turned out to be a disaster. We felt deceived and taken advantage of.

We stayed here for a couple of nights for the half marathon. It was a 10 min walk from the start and was a great location, close to all the bars and restaurants. Kitchen was really well equipped, generally clean throughout. Secure parking is also a bonus. Though be careful, there are two underground car parks and the fob opens both garages. Even though we were sent detailed instructions, we were still stupid enough to go into the wrong garage when we arrived! Self check in and out system worked great, though it would be a struggle for someone arriving on their own by car. My only negative on the check in, is that the key box is located next to some bins and I had to wade through a pile of dirty tissue to get to it. The owner had also changed their dog policy after I’d booked, but they honored the booking which I was grateful for.

The terrace was closed and was undergoing some substantial improvement works when we stayed. This wasn’t a problem for us until the workmen arrived at 8:30 Monday morning and loud construction work promptly commenced. It really would have been nice to have had advanced notice of this, as I wasn’t made aware at any point the terrace area was closed. It would also have been nice to have some instructions for the heating and light switches, and I don’t know if it’s mandatory in rentals like this, but there was no instructions on what to do in an emergency. There’s a random hatch at the bottom of the stairs, which I could only assume was the emergency exit. And as a female who needs to regularly tame my hair. It would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom so that I could dry and straighten my hair. The only mirror was in the bathroom and it wasn’t close to any plug sockets.

Great self catering space, kitchen well equipped lounge spacious and great under floor heating.

Perfect location, within a short walking distance from all attractions. Apartment was a lot bigger than expected and equipped with absolutely anything you could possibly need.

Heating. ... Apartment was absolutely freezing on arrival with only 1 small blow heater provided which was inadequate for the size of the apartment and being over 2/3 floors. There was underfloor heating but no instructions for this were provided so took us a while to figure it out and get it turned up but even so, only appeared to heat the bottom floor with lounge so upstairs remained cold.
