Floor is a bit sticky, maybe because of the mop detergent. Maybe can consider to change the detergent or at least should mop back the floor again with water after mopping with detergent

The location was good, only a 10 min walk from the centre.

We unfortunately found multiple bed bugs in the room immediately upon arrival, which made us feel unsafe and forced us to leave the accommodation immediately. We reported the issue to the host and Booking.com, and while the host eventually agreed to refund the stay, the initial lack of response was stressful. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the room key when checking out, as the reception could not accept it and the host later requested an additional fee despite us leaving it in the agreed collection point (photo evidence below). Overall, we cannot recommend this accommodation due to the health and safety concerns and poor handling of check-in/check-out procedures.

They ask ke to cancel my booking because there is no room for me. They say the room that i booked have AC issue and dont have another room for me yo stay. I came from penang and have issue like this. I booked another room in that hotel from booking.com and i got SCAMMED with a price of rm200+ in same day!

La ubicacion

Estaba sucio, no había nadie para recibirte sino check in y check out por WhatsApp. La habitación está en un hotel pero es un airbnb El agua salía marrón el primer día Había pelos y pelusas por la habitación, sensación de no estar limpio La tarjeta solo funcionaba en 2 ascensores y si el que no podías usar estaba en tu planta tenias que subir a la primera y llamarle para poder avisar a los otros ascensores y que bajaran.

Room was fine once we finally found it

No reception- it was one of these privately owned rooms that are operated within a hotel operation and the hotel staff at reception want nothing to do with you- you have to try to figure things out by communicating with your host by phone. The check in process was ridiculously difficult, clumsy and cumbersome.
