location ok....food place near the hotel can considered ok. hotel no serve food. security of the place from lobby to room is acceptable. room was not properly cleaned. pillows got smell....could be the pillow itself or the pillow case. toilet seat was not properly installed ....toilet tile looks dirty.

cleanliness and pillows can be improved and properly checked before accepting guest . might as well book the hotel rooms instead of such airbnb or so called operated by perfect host company in a hotel setting.

Room not so clean because of mold and wall bubling Not enough light in room 1111 No bulb, bathroom dark Room 1112 was better light Need more deep cleaning in the bedroom area

Room is big. Good location. Near to shopping mall & there’s mart n restaurant around. Even receptionist still responsive through WhatsApp during late night check in. Effort of responding is truly appreciated.

Was a bit shock when the access card was just place in the mail box without lock at basement. Was surprise to see the hidden cost as in if to change tower how much is the charges etc. the bathroom heater shower have water pressure issue which caused unpleasant bath experience. The next day there’s water leakage sound. At first tot we just being over sensitive but end up the leakage happen through the ceiling in middle of bathroom space From droplets till pouring when we checked out.
