I like this hotel

Not great. We stayed via perfect hosts, who weren’t exactly perfect. The hotel is tired, with plaster falling off of the walls. When we got to the room the floor was grimy, with marks and dirt. The toilet seat was broken and when I reported this, within 5 minutes of entering the room, no one replied to my messages. Then at 3 am we heard Easter, turned in the lights and the aircon had decided to dump litres of water out over our the desk with our belongings, phones and the T.V. After having to leave a 100 MYR deposit incase of stains in the towels or bedsheets… I think they should have paid me a deposit. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Tbh.. suitable with the price. If you got more budget just find another place. The internet modem is there but the password cannot be used. Chanel tv is poor. The mattress is very bad.

Very bad experience, the system email and the actual staff's requirements did not match, causing me to waste a lot of time (unable to check in and check out), the hotel room was also terrible, there was no hot water for showering, and even no WiFi!
