Beach side family rest and holiday

Situated in a quiet residential area close to a small shopping area with good restaurants. Useful private parking spaces near by. Easy walk to the beach. Spacious property with good facilities. Vijay was a great host and responsive to all queries.

A really great property but unfortunately not set up to accommodate a young child. The lack of stair gates made this holiday with a two year old a very tiring experience. A non slip bath mat would be a good safety feature. Low cupboards with cleaning products need child locks. The mirrors in the bedrooms aren’t attached to the wall at the base so will swing if explored by a young child. The lock on the downstairs toilet was found to be broken when we arrived. We couldn’t turn on the kitchen extractor fan Landscaping the garden would make it more appealing especially since it’s such a great sun trap.

Perfect location for everything. Away from main road but short walk to shops/ beach/lido. Spacious & modern house. Home comforts provided within the house. Great host, very helpful & friendly.

The upstairs bedrooms all need blinds. It is too bright from the sun early in the morning

Lovely property in a great location on the outskirts of Llandudno for a one night stay as a family of 5 (2 young children, 2 parents, 1 grandparent). It had everything we needed & some lovely touches like games & books. Spotlessly clean. Walking distance from shops & eateries. Nice quiet new build estate and the surrounding area was pleasant. Good parking. Communication from the vendor was excellent, very responsive.

That we had only booked for one night so didn't get chance to make the most of it!

The instructions were very clear from the host that helped us locate the house. The house was new and clean. The master bedroom was of good size and the beds were really good. All the kitchen utensils were already there. The bathroom attached to the master bedroom was big and clean as well. It was a really good couple of days staying there!!
