Winter Getaway - Prime Location - at Magic Sands Beach

Very well located, fully equipped for a family vacation, inclusive of beach towels, cooler and snorkling gear! Very clean and comfortable. Check instructions and house rules superclear and reasonable. Superfriendly host.

Nothing to remark!

The condo is nicely appointed, very clean, and well stocked with all the essentials (soap, shampoo, laundry soap, cleaners, etc). The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, and a good selection of appliances/dishes/cutlery. The beds are very comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogied boards, snorkel gear are all supplied and in very good condition. The location is excellent (right across the street from Magic Sands Beach!) and only a few minutes north to Kailua-Kona center (and all the great restaurants there), and a grocery store just a few minutes south. Quick and easy access to Highway 11. Gary was very responsive and addressed the two minor issues we had without delay. We were very comfortable - it definitely felt like home away from home. If we get the chance to return to the Big Island, we will definitely stay here again.

We didn't dislike anything - it really was a perfect getaway for us!

Great location with stunning views from the house. Walking distance to the beach in front of the community. Free parking space. Comfortable living room with sofa, kitchen with full appliances. Snorkeling and beach equipment were provided.

Slightly hard to find and easily miss the entrance to the community.

Clean, bright and comfortable. There was everything we needed. The kitchen, in particular, was very well equipped. Own parking spot. Excellent location. Washer and dryer made life very easy.

It would have been helpful to know about recycling on arrival. It may be that US citizens know how it works and don’t need instructions.

Lovely clean apartment full with everything required to make the best of the area and local beaches. i.e., snorkelling supplies, body boards, esky, beach towels. Bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds. Host responsive and accommodating.

Great location, very comfortable bed and living room furniture. The place was nicely updated and clean.

They were repaving the parking lot while we were checking in so we could not access the parking lot which made unloading a challenge. Finding close parking was difficult.

The property is very clean and well stocked with essential items for a comfortable stay. The beach is a short two minute walk across the street.
