Staff were excellent especially Christine (the only one who speaks fluent English). Breakfast was hearty although not included in price of room.

Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was lacking in power and the room was on the snug side.

I demand a full refund. Upon my arrival at this hotel yesterday, the man on reception DEMANDED I pay an extra £15 for the room I had booked and already paid for!! I REFUSED TO PAY... I went elsewhere!!

Dinner excellent, chef attentive. Staff cheerful.

Food prices over the top. Silly messages in shared bathroom about not pinching the towels, and how to put the loo roll in the container but never even SAW a loo roll. Had to immediately buy our own although we'd arrived late. Wardrobe space taken up by 2 large table lamps, not in appropriate positions to use. Tv remote was broken both sides so the batteries kept falling out. Found a problem trying to switch tv off at night time due to remote. No lift which is awkward with 2 heavy suitcases plus rucksacks. Luckily, a man offered to help us. Woken up at night by another resident using the shared bathroom and floor creaking. No one around when we checked out so had to leave doorkey on reception till. Rubbish and used tissues, shoebox, sweet wrappers underneath single bed, where material was split. Obviously whoever cleans the rooms, hadn't bothered to move the beds fir ages. Not nearly enough milk cartons or tea bags in room for length of stay. Had to ask at bar for extra milks. No rubbish bin in room. Dangerous plug socket positioned above the sink. No hairdryer in room. Price of this room with shared bathroom compares unfavourably with ensuite room at Premier Inn or Holiday Inn which is cheaper per night and includes breakfast.

No Toilet paper is disgusting!
