The location was 15mins walk from the place our family stayed. It had free parking on site.

Room was cramped with a double and single bed, table and 2 chairs, a free standing fan between the beds, a fan heater on top of a bedside table, hanging rail for clothes stopped the drawers opening in one of the bedside tables. Not enough electric sockets for the existing lamps and kettle. The kettle shares 1 socket with the bedside lamp. The window did not close fully so it was draughty and noisy from the main road outside. The en suite was tiny. The shower took about 5 minutes to get warm water and then became too hot. Difficult to regulate the temperature. The hot tap was trickling constantly and the tap was very stiff to turn on more so took a while to fill the sink. No toilet roll holder and the remains of one on the wall which was pointed and sharp. When we arrived we weren't given a key to our room and the they let us in to it. We got a key from their own ones when we complained a couple of hours later. We asked about breakfast times and were told breakfast wasn't available and they never did it. We said it was listed on the booking.com website at optional charge. They said it should not be listed as such. We complained about our room defects and were offered complimentary breakfast in compensation. We said for both mornings. We got cereals and toast on Sunday morning but nothing on Monday. We did not have a key to the outside door to the accommodation. Every other door was locked after the bar closed at about 10pm. There were no staff on site when the pub was closed. Only a scruffy piece of paper attached to the inside of an interior door with 2 mobile numbers to call for help. No staff when we left in the morning just a drop box for the key. The room had few coffee sachets, sugar packets and teabags loose in a bowl. Milk pots used on the first day were not replenished and no-one to ask. We gave them a written list of problems with the room. The toilet seat was tightened but was loose again after a couple of uses.

Shower pressure was rubbish

It served it's purpose putting my head down after a wedding. Plenty of parking and bedding was clean with a fan heater in the room if needed (I didn't use it but it was nice to have the option)

I did have issues with the shower and the water being cold, quick run downstairs and it was sorted shortly after. I would say they could do with providing a bath mat as the shower curtain covers the plug hole and when you move the shower curtain the floor becomes a mini pond. Also to keep in mind they do not provide breakfast in the mornings so if like myself and keen to eat bring something with you.
