Very good value for money. The room and bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. Nice host and adorable kitty who gave me a warm welcome upon arrival and made me feel at home.

Returned to my room later and had to turn off heating. I never have the radiator on during summer. Although at least a 40 minute walk to the centre there are plenty of buses nearby.

Location was key for my 1night stay, clean and tidy with lots of home comfort like tea/coffee on tap, great WiFi and a lounge and kitchen to use not mention the sun trap out back with seating.

Très facile d’accès avec le bus en 25 minutes on est dans le centre. Lit confortable, salle de bain propre et surtout hôte très gentil souriant et arrangeant

The host (and cats) were utterly delightful, and also (the host, anyway, not the cats) very helpful. The house is being gradually renovated but everything was clean and serviceable. (I found the wobbly banister a little unnerving.) Amazingly good value for money, pleasant location.

I’d unfortunately chosen a location rather far from where I needed to stay- that was entirely my own fault. The bed, unfortunately, was very rattly and squeaky so I woke myself up during the night when I turned over.

The staff especially Samuel has been super helpful in guiding me in the right direction whenever needed. He was quite cooperative throughout. The room was clean and cosy, basic facilities were readily available in a neat and tidy environment. The neighbourhood is quite peaceful and affordable perfect for budget solo travellers. Bus stops and marketplace are just walking distance away. Thank you for making my first ever visit to the UK memorable and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Manchester.
