Cozy Master Room with Private Bath

I didn't enjoy my stay at all, I left after two night because of a dangerous and noisy roommate, we were not safe at all ! We have received no response or refund from the owner !!! Who stopped replying to us as soon as we had the problem ! We had to sleep in our car and pay for another accommodation

On top of everything that has happened : there are only 7 parking spaces for 12 rooms, sometimes with two cars per room. People enter the house and yell at you to move your car. There is no respect or basic politeness, no one even says hello. The common areas are not clean. AND our groceries were thrown in the bin!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this property was unacceptable from beginning to end. The moment I arrived, the front door was locked, and I was left waiting outside for more than an hour before someone finally came to let me in. After a long trip, this was the last thing I needed. Inside, the situation didn’t improve. The house was extremely noisy at all hours, making it hard to rest or feel comfortable. To make things worse, other people staying in the house ate my food, which shows a complete lack of supervision and respect for guests. When I needed something simple like an iron, the host didn’t provide it, despite listing amenities that suggested otherwise. The AC in my room wasn’t working, and when I reached out to the host for help, they eventually stopped responding entirely. Overall, this stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below even basic hospitality standards. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects safety, respect, and reliable communication from their host.

Ensure that guests can access the property upon arrival without long delays. Improve communication and respond promptly when guests report issues. Provide the basic amenities they advertise, such as an iron and a working AC. Maintain a quiet, safe, and respectful environment inside the house. Implement clear rules so other guests do not touch or eat someone else’s food. Take responsibility for problems and offer solutions instead of ignoring guests. I didn’t like that I was left waiting outside for over an hour, the house was very noisy, other guests ate my food, the host did not provide an iron, the AC in my room didn’t work, and the host stopped answering my messages when I tried to get help.

Price and cleanliness

Car parking was a bit like Russian roulette. 6 spaces and if you didn't get one you had to walk 0.7 of a mile to park at Community centre. If you going early and were blocked in you had to knock someone up if the room number was on the car window. I was blocked in one morning and was leaving at 7am car had no room number it so instead of knocking everyone up to get right person I got an Uber

Quiet, comfortable, other guests are very friendly and staff is welcoming.

While parking wasn't necessarily an issue, there is very limited parking. I didn't experience too many issues as the other guests and myself were accommodating to one another and moved our cars whenever we needed to for the other guests.
