Parking was a nightmare

Nothing really. The pool could have been nice but it was very cold because the sun was shielded on top of the screen porch.

The Property managers are very unfriendly. I had all sorts of problems during my stay and there were not willing to help at all. On top of it, they were quite rude.

Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed most of the other guests.

Shared kitchen was a challenge at times, and available space in fridge and pantry were limited. However, limited parking was biggest issue. Communication with owner was also a challenge at times.

Cost/Benefits couldn't be beat.

Quicker response to communication. Parking was always a concern, but I'm not really sure how this could be effectively addressed. I never actually had to walk from the off-site parking and I was there almost a month.

The room was nice very spacious, problem was parking and if you didn't get a parking spot you had to walk almost a mile from guest parking area almost makes the rental not worth it when traveling for business who wants to walk that far after a long day of work.

Rooms are not soundproof. Could hearing snoring in the adjacent room.

Parking situation at times

Very quiet in the evening. Well kept.

Parking is not well managed.
