Filicudi apartment - Palermo Vibes

the location in the centre although the entrance to the room and the staircase are terrible. this small apartment is well eqiupped

the noises coming from the neighbors at night and outside from 7.00 am. No sound isolation. the shower too small

Perfect place, has everything in the apartment and top location. Don’t be fooled by the exterior and rough edges of the building. It’s a great place and Alessandro will go above and beyond to make your stay in Palermo comfortable.

The apartment is very pratical and clean. The location is situaded right in the Centro Storico and everything is in a walkable distance. The furniture and design of the apartment is modern, and is very well equiped. The owner even asked me if there was something he could do to improve my stay. I stated that the kitchen was lacking some equipment and he bought it immediatly and delivered it the next day. Very thoughtful! The owner responds very quickly to messages.

There's only one thing i didn't like about the apartment and that is the outside noise coming from the street and from other apartments in the building. Unfortunately, this is something the owner can't control, but this situation made it a little hard to sleep during the night. So if you're a light sleeper like me, make sure to bring some earplugs with you.

perfect location for central Palermo, great flat and very welcoming host. He even paid for my local tax when i forgot to do it quiet side street but with a corner away the busiest and elegant via Maqueda and all the markets

i loved it all
