The host is completely ignoring our messages and calls after our arrival. We saw their claim that we didn't try to contact them, which is absolutely false. We have call logs and chat history proving that we attempted to reach out multiple times.

Curățenia lasă de dorit. Nu a funcționat jacuzzi-ul cum trebuie și apa a fost rece.

Era un miros închis (deși geamurile erau deschise) și curățenia lăsa de dorit… Am dat drumu’ la apă în “jacuzzi” apa fiind destul de rece și curgea cam multă apă pe lângă cadă. Ne-a și lăsat acel mop în baie care avea un miros de nedescris.. Ce mi-a plăcut însă, este relativ aproape de centru, la vreo 10 min era un mall și aveai acces ușor la transportul în comun.

Very dirty, smelly sheets, the bathroom has no ventilation, the window covers are hiding a lot of dirt, there were spiders in the corner, the bathtub was stuck on shower mode so i had to wait around 30 to 45 minutes just for it to fill up, the AC was functional but very noisy, there was tea available but no sugar... Only salt for some reason, and the kettle has seen better days. The AC remote batteries were dead. I had to take some from the TV remote.

Toaleta murdară, praf peste tot, lenjeria mirosea urat, una din telecomenzi nu avea baterii, prosoape numai de baie și f uzate...etc
