es gab genug liegen am pool (nicht am strand)

Beim Check-in merkten wir sofort dass das zimmer stark nach schimmel roch (sie meinten noch wir haben ein upgrade bekommen) nachdem wir es mitteilten meinte der manager wir können das zimmer erst einen tag später wechseln daweil sprühe er duft rein.( die Nacht haben wir auf dem balkon verbracht). Man muss damit rechnen dass es eine riesen hotelkette ist und alles zu überteuert ist.

The pool and the beach were nice

Check in was late got into room at 330pm and had 2 rooms 2nd room was not ready until 4pm That’s not a good start for a 5 star hotel Rooms were small and we had a view of the rooftops looking at nothing Was lacklustre for $2200

Saw a rat at front door of room jumped up into wooden doors from under neith .

Report staff were excellent

Purchased a personal pool. Found it on the shaded side with no sunshine. Three stories above us could look down on out privacy The pool had not be cleaned prior to first usage. We used our "private pool" just once in 10 days Breakfast good Room good Each day we found broken pieces of pool tiling. Poo/?pools require maintenance Cucina restaurant was good for food but allowed ongoing screaming children under 6 years old to run amuck and vaping was also allowed. I think one of the three main pools should be adults only (the swim up bar pool) For a not inexpensive resort
