Not much to like, staff does not know to deal with customers

Very disappointed with stay. HAD to pay a R 2000 deposit on arrival, which will only be paid back in 2 weeks time... Totally unheard of and unecceptable... Had to wait 20min in parking area before someone came to meet us. No Wifi code. Coffee machine not working. Only 1 towel for a 2 people stay. The whole experience was not a good one. They are overselling a bad experience. Staff does not know how to treat customers. Very very disappointed with our stay
