We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and cozy, and the host was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time during our staycation! The place almost had everything we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the best things was that we were able to cook all our meals right there, which made things extra convenient, especially with the kids. The space was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together as a family.

The TV is a little hard to navigate, and no Netflix, we had to log in. Aside from the pool, there's no play area/park where the kids can spend time outdoors.

it's worth the price. My family and I enjoyed staying here we will definitely come back for another staycation!

The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. It had all the essentials and more, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy touches that made it feel like home. I especially appreciated the little details like fresh towels, toiletries, and a birthday decoration (for my plan is to celebrate my birthday there) that added a personal touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, with great spots nearby for dining, groceries, and transportation. I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the host’s hospitality—they were always available for questions and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property (UrbanEase Living) to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Disappointing Experience Despite Some Good Aspects Our stay had a mix of positives and negatives. The large pool was beautiful, but unfortunately, it closes early at 6 PM for cleaning. On top of that, there's an additional charge of P150 per person just to use it, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. One of the biggest issues was with the gate guard staff. They were stiff and unfriendly, especially towards my girlfriend. One guard even made inappropriate comments about me, referring to me as "the old guy," and was overly inquisitive about my girlfriend’s details—which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The room itself was small, but the split-level air conditioning worked well, keeping the place cool. However, there were several inconveniences: The shower had no hot water, making it uncomfortable to clean my body. The bathroom was barely enough space to turn around. The fridge was turned off upon arrival, meaning no cold water or ice was available. There were some free drinking water supplies, which was a positive. No power cord (or wall outlet) for the notebook computer, which was frustrating. No late checkout option, even if willing to pay extra, which felt unnecessarily rigid. While understandable, it would be nice if this were available if there were no incoming guests. On the positive side, the host was friendly and tried to help resolve issues, including talking to the guards when they initially refused us entry to the pool area. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5)

Overall, while there were some good aspects, the poor service, lack of essential amenities, and uncomfortable guard interactions made this a disappointing experience. With improvements in staff behavior, facility maintenance, and guest accommodations, this place could be much better.
