Pros: ✅ Beautiful Pool – The pool is large and well-maintained, but unfortunately, it closes early at 6 PM for cleaning. Also, there’s an additional charge of P150 per person to swim, which seems unnecessary. ✅ Air Conditioning – The apartment is small, but at least the split-level aircon works well, keeping the place cool and comfortable.

Cons: ❌ Rude Gate Guards – The security staff at the entrance was stiff and unfriendly, especially toward my girlfriend. One of the guards even called me the "old guy" and started asking my girlfriend personal questions, making her uncomfortable. It felt like he was hitting on her, which is completely unprofessional. ❌ No Hot Water – The shower only has cold water, as there’s no hot water heater. This made showering quite unpleasant. ❌ Limited Amenities – The apartment lacked basic essentials like a power cord for my laptop, which made it difficult to get work done. Also, there were no knives or forks for eating dinner, which is just inconvenient for guests. ❌ No Late Checkout Option – Even when we were willing to pay extra for late checkout, it was not allowed. This lack of flexibility was disappointing.

The unit is clean and tidy, the place is so silent. easy access to transportation and malls☺️

Michelle is very accommodating and responsive. The area is clean and well-maintained. Plus points to the board games provided, me and my daughter created an enjoyable memorable stay. The staff, including the security team, is awesome and friendly. I felt very secure during my stay, as access to the property is well-regulated—you need a pass to enter, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, close to everywhere I wanted to go and highly accessible, including nearby malls. One suggestion I have is to provide a cover for the duvet for added comfort and cleanliness. I will definitely come back and book this place again for my next vacation!

The hosts were very responsive and the property was well equipped with easy access checking in and checking out. It was complete with drinking water (complimentary) and cooking utensils etc. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I come back for vacation.

The pool was really cool. The architecture of the place was modern. Very close to two malls and a train station. The nearby food stalls we really good and authentic too.

The house is just like in the photos. Spot on. Very clean, quiet space and has all the amenities one would need at a staycation. Michelle was always responsive and is such a great host. I love that there are games in the house to keep guests entertained aside from Wifi and TV. Just 5 minutes walk from the mall and has convenient stores nearby as well as cafes. Will definitely stay here again.

The swimming pool was extra cost.

It has everything you’ll need in a home. Kitchen has everything including some basic cooking ingredients, bathroom has everything including a well functioning washing machine, the two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with big closets, study table and ironing equipment, living and dining area are also very nice, there are plenty of drinking water, cleaning materials are also all available, the shower and heating works pretty well, airconditiong and lighting are all very good, the security and door locking works well, and the Host is very easy responsive. Oh, and it’s very close to like five different Malls and the train station, and also has access to a nice Swimming Pool and has Netflix.

Customer service was outstanding. Michelle was always proactively communicating from the start until check out by giving me clear, easy instructions and early reminders. All the facilities in the apartment were in good condition like the fridge (there was cold water in a jug already), drinking water, lights, air conditioning, fans, WiFi, kitchen (didn't use much of the appliances but they look in good order), shower, toilet, etc. The apartment was very clean, I could see they prepared it well for my arrival. I liked they use PIN lock instead of keys, I think it's more secure so I had peace of mind leaving my stuff in the property. It was also quiet and peaceful. My experience was superb, I would use them again on my next visit and highly recommend it!

Not anyone's fault but not much to see from the balcony as construction is still ongoing. It didn't bother me much though. Although Michelle sent me a map of the site, because I arrived quite late and dark we had a bit of a struggle to find the building. I think it would have helped if there were big clear signs along the carpark.
