When we open dishwasher we was in shock!!!! Smells like some one died in there, lake of mouldy staff.

The stairs are very very steep. With my children that was quite hard.

Location lovely, apartment lovely,size of apartment amazing, 2 of the double beds very comfortable overall nice.

The apartment is on top floor, so there’s a lot of stairs, difficult with heavy cases… the double bed in downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress very uncomfortable compared to the other 2 beds doubles, the single bed mattress bit uncomfortable… needs a few bits done here and there

Access once inside we was not aware it was on the second floor might be helpful to inform with a note which flat it is.

Location and near bus stops Good size bedrooms and bathrooms

Wasn't aware the accommodation was up 4 flight of stairs was a family trip with elderly parents who had limited mobility. Needed more attention to cleaning. Two dirty wet towels were left in the washing machine.. The dish washer was clogged up and unusable. Sinks also too time to drain.

Location. We could walk to the town centre and pier. Quiet residential area. Property has lots of potential.

-No shower trays. Bathrooms fill up with water as a result extremely quickly. Drains could definitely do with de-clogging. Esp in master bedroom. - Dirt and dust under the beds. Esp bedroom 2 upstairs. Thick lumps of dust underneath when we looked under to find a toy car. - Steep stairs. It was advertised as dog friendly. We didn’t bring the dog in the end but the stairs weren’t really suitable (for dogs or small children) -Living room was small -Windows had been stuffed with toilet roll to try and keep them shut. But it didn’t work and our window was ajar all night at the top- so noisy in a rain storm.

Superb location, multi-bedroom apartment with beautiful view of Brighton seafront. Great facilities for a group of friends to catch up :)
