Amazing Tailor Made Penthouse With a View

The Host is great support and good communication. Easy to receive the room key. The apartment has a great view from the room, good size for family stay, also great location from fantastic restaurant, Italian Gelato shop, souvenier shop also grocery shop these are all walking distance. The area is very nice, safe to walk at night, few walk from Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara that you can have panoramic view of Lisbon also good street food at night time.

The place is not what it seems to be in pictures. It's actually quite worn out, has a number of facilities issues and is much smaller than it seems in pictures. We were so uncomfortable there that we left after the first night and the management didn't even care to contact us.

Very complicated check-in. You have to call, text, and meet someone. Too much, especially if you arrive late. Also have to pay extra if check-in late. This is not a penthouse. The property is poorly maintained. Hot water comes and goes. One moment it is cold, the next it is too hot. Showering feels like a gamble. The bed is not comfortable. There is no A/C on the second level. The staircase is very steep and not good for kids.

L’arrivée sur les lieux a été catastrophique. Ma compagne qui ne parle qu’anglais a dû attendre plusieurs heures dans le hall d’un immeuble avec une hotline d’une inefficacité crasse. J’ai demandé une contrepartie commerciale auquel on ne m’a jamais répondu. Bref, je ne peux décemment pas recommander cet établissement pour la très mauvaise qualité de la conciergerie.

Great location and right in the heart of Lisbon. Within walking distance to everything . The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The added bonus was the view from the top floor. Tomas and Duante were great to deal with and responded quickly. Thank you and will keep your apartment in mind when we visit again.
