Great location, nice apartment however with not ideal maintenance. Kitchen is well equiped for cooking or short term stay and easily can accomodate 6 people. Garage was included which is big benefit and close to city center.

Unfortunately it was raining almost all the time and there were 6 places were there was water leaking from roof into apartment. Also check-in was not really smooth as we had to wait in nearby cafe for keys. During normal weather would be great place to stay with garage but in these circumstances not the best choice.

The location was great, close to lots of restaurants and the city centre. The host was very responsive and the apartment was well equipped.

The place is actually quite different from the way it looked in the pictures. The furniture was pretty old and rusted, and we weren't really felt comfortable. This is not the best spot for grownups looking to indulge themselves; it's more appropriate for young people coming to crush. The thing that bothers us the most was the fact that they don't have a self check in option, and the host made us pay an extra 40 Euro in cash for the late check in.

Location was great. Communication was great. Apartment was well appointed with all we needed.

The stairs to the second bedroom are rather steep. OK for a young person but not so good for an older person.

Location Parking

The A/C was insufficient and did not work properly while we were there, and only serving the bottom floor. The top floor turned into a hot and stuffy area making sleep upstairs quite difficult. Owner suggested putting a loud fan in the room and opening window. Only when we opened all the living room windows as well as the windows upstairs did it help a bit, it was still too warm. Batteries in the tv remote were old. I told the owner about this, but we managed to make it work by mixing batteries between remotes. The tv option (including digital options) are not useful for English speakers. We ended up not even bothering to put it on. The hot water was very problematic. We had to shower with cold water and occasionally (after the owner came to sort the boiler) we got a burst of hot water followed by more cold water. All these issues should have been dealt with before we came and if a very hot top room is a fact for the place they should clearly advertise that.

Very clean, modern, comfortable and a great location. Good access to restaurants and public transport and very central.

One bedroom is accessed by some steep stairs. Not good for older people or those with mobility issues. Not an issue for us as we used the downstairs bedroom our younger, more agile friends went upstairs.

We loved the location and great apartment. It was a perfect for our family stay.
