I arrived at the apartment to check in to be told that it was not available. There had been no communication prior to this despite booking several months before. The host found alternative accommodation which was then dirty and not in a state where it was ready to host guests. The communication regarding a complaint following this has been none existent! This person should not be allowed to advertise properties on this site

Spacious, clean and in a great location. Staff was lovely - despite all our questions and assistance we needed! Really is an amazing apartment. We will be back next time we stop in Derby.

Large apartment - good sized rooms. Close to the centre of Derby. Secure off street parking.

Needs decorating. Carpets need cleaning. Bare walls in the living area - could do with some pictures. No bath mats or hand towels. On a busy road so quite a lot of noise.

Staying here was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was lovely, clean, and well renovated. The host was incredible and we got on very well. He offered a great service and said if I had any problems, he would take care of them. I’m very impressed with the experience and would definitely stay here again, thank you!

We were cancelled by the owner as we arrived. They then went quiet and did not return our money. Thanks to the great team at booking.com for sort this out.

Very modern apartment that offers both luxury and the feeling of comfort. Stunning living room , with a kitchen that had all of the necessities you would need for any stay. The bathroom is really spacious supplied with amenities like which are of a great quality in comparison to other stays around the midlands elsewhere.
