We loved it all! Perfect location for walking into Derby, very spacious with everything you could need for an overnight stay (could easily have stayed much longer), immaculately clean & the owner was polite, friendly & very accommodating. Thank you for my daughter's graduation balloon & chocolates!

The only thing that could do with attendance is replacing the sealant in each bathroom, but this is just aesthetics and definitely doesn't affect your stay.
