Spacious, very clean, comfortable, all the necessary utensils and appliances provided. secure parking, friendly host. The main bedroom (with ensuite) is at the back and was quiet, even with the windows open. The location is a short walk to most anywhere in central Derby.

No self checkin, but host is friendly and was there promptly upon my arrival and check-out. A light sleeper would fair poorly in the front bedroom due to road noise.

Amazing place well presented spacious apartment right in the city centre. Lovely selection of teas, coffee and biscuits and even fresh milk. Extremely comfortable beds and great sized rooms. Fantastic sound system with free Wi-Fi. Secure parking at the rear of the property. Would highly recommend.

The property was extremely clear, well presented, super spacious, everything I needed was there. The host even went above and beyond to make sure there was fresh milk for the check in. Extremely impressed!

It is a great location by the city. The place was clean with good amenities with good facilities. We were very impressed and the check in service was good.

Location is central but one of the bedroom is facing the main room so it was noisy the whole night with cars passing by. As a result one of the guest was unable to sleep. Perhaps bring your own white noise machine or consider triple glazing for that side of the room.

The host was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our stay was enjoyable. The apartment is extremely roomy and lots of space and has all the amenities/facilities you could possibly need. Perfect location (10min walk from the center) Would definitely stay again.
