"Good place - privacy and cleanliness issues need to be sorted though."

Property well located and has everything you would need for a few days away. Sky TV is a bonus! Garden very nice for the dog to play and run around.

Keys had an AirTag fitted which was not announced to us in any documentation prior to or on arrival. We only found out about it when our phones identified it travelling with us. Whilst I am sure this is not for anything more than being able to find the keys after some stays, it does raise serious privacy concerns as your movements can be tracked 24/7. I removed the key ring once we knew this and only put it back on as we left. Cleanliness was not tip top, not hard to find some dust and muck around - still had toothpaste stains in bathroom cabinet from previous visitor.

"Absolutely wonderful weekend!"

It was such a comfortable stay and had everything I needed. As the sun was shining I could use huge garden which was such a bonus. It was absolutely wonderful place to wile the afternoon away! Fantastic for dogs too.

The only downside was that I don't drive and I would suggest you need a car to stay here to enjoy the area to the fullest.

Fantastic Holiday.

The Whole time we were there it was very relaxing. The hosts were on hand anytime we needed them. Great garden for our little dog.great area for exploring. Definitely will go back.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was straightforward and communication with the host was smooth throughout. I especially appreciated how dog-friendly it was. The paddock was a real highlight — it was lovely being able to let my dog roam around safely off lead. It made the stay much more relaxing. I would definitely recommend The Annexe.

If anything...the main road to come in and out of...but definitely wouldn't put us off coming again

Everything was exceptional The hob was difficult to use but there is a folder with all appliances directions so a little reading was all that was required
