Everything! The accommodation was exceptional the location excellent and the views superb. Although we didn't meet our hosts the welcome we received was second to none with comprehensive instructions and an extremely thoughtful welcome gift. We were in contact with our host who was more than happy to help with our requirements being friendly and approachable

The self-contained annexe was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and provided an excellent base for exploring this lovely part of Suffolk. The owner's communication prior to my visit was very good, comprehensive and contributed to a really enjoyable weekend. I would definitely recommend this property.

Visibility coming out of the driveway was a little restricted.

Excellent location with access to several walks and good local attractions and amenities. Large garden suitable for dogs and a nice outside sitting area. Inside was well equipped with excellent entertainment facilities and a lovely waterfall shower.

Exiting the driveway onto the road was a little tricky as it’s on a bend and oncoming traffic was somewhat obscured.

The amazing Annexe has everything you need comfort, very clean and in a beautiful location and a great garden for the doggies to wander around.

I can honestly say there isn’t anything I disliked.

Gary and Collete have made a lovely little stay away. It’s very clean, they were really helpful, modern throughout, very welcoming and cosy. Everything that you could need is there. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of The Annexe is excellent for visiting the surrounding area. Close to Woodbridge for shops etc and easy road access to the coast and other points of interest e.g. The Maltings at Snape. Plenty of country pubs and great for walking

Beautiful surroundings peaceful and immaculately clean. All mod cons and lovely welcoming gift. Ideal place to stay and explore suffolk, absolutely loved it and couldn't have wished for a nicer place to call home for the week 😀.

"Practically perfect in every way!"

We loved the outdoor area, the lovely garden and paddock area. It was lovely seeing our dog so happy whilst enjoying such peaceful surroundings. Perfect modern facilities/accessories too.
