Lovely garden for our dog and the annexe was lovely and clean everything you need

Lovely location. Ideally situated for so many areas to visit. The specification in the guest house is excellent. Very clean, very tidy and everything is well cared for. The road outside was a little busier than anticipated, but we soon blocked out any noise. The garden was excellent for our dog, spacious and fenced. We really could not have found a better place for our visit. We are already thinking of returning to explore the area further. Thank you to our hosts.

What a great find. We had a fantastic stay at The Annex. Gary & Collette had thought of everything. Accommodation was very comfortable, very clean. Our dogs loved the garden & paddock and we will definitely be back in the future

A lovely place to stay. Close to lots of seaside towns and also some excellent pubs. Garden has different seating to catch the sunshine at different times of the day.

The host communicated well throughout the process, and detailed instructions were available for everything at the property. It was clean, spacious and fully equipped. The dogs were very welcome and had lots of space outside to run about.

Everything was great!

We stayed at the Annexe for four nights and the sun shone for our entire stay. It is an incredibly easy place to find and entry to via the key safe couldn’t be simpler. It truly is a little ‘home from home’. A fully fitted kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bedroom and living room that has patio doors that open out on to a seated deck area and views out and across the fields beyond. Gary and Collette have provided everything that you would need for a relaxing stay away and their welcome leaflet, information folder and local sightseeing suggestions cover pretty much all the questions you might ask when arriving somewhere new. This part of the world has so much to offer if you are looking to have a relaxing break away, and the Annexe provides that ‘We’re home’ feeling, as soon as you step in after a day of exploring. Everything they say they provide; they provide and everything you see, is just how it is, perfect. We think it would be nigh on impossible to wake up, stand by the patio doors, look out and not feel yourself at one with the world. They have done an incredible job with the Annexe, and they deserve all the good reviews that they receive.

Nothing, zero, zilch.

It's a great property, that offers everything you could ask for in a stay. Sitting on the decking in the morning with a coffee and views across the fields with Buzzards soaring above was a great start to the day. Woodbridge is a short distance away as are several coastal villages and marina's and Jimmy's farm and Wildlife park is approx 12 miles away (worth a visit with or without children) It's a great base to explore from and dog friendly, with a large fenced off grass area for them to run around.
