"Can highly recommend"

The annex was clean and well equipped with up to date furnishings and fittings. The Sonos sound system was a great addition. The location was perfect for Woodbridge, Sutton Hoo, Rendlesham and the Suffolk coast. Check in was easy, car parking also and the accomodation was quiet with a beautiful outlook across fields. We did not meet the hosts but they were very accomodating in returning some items we left behind. Can certainly recommend this for a comfortable and convenient break in beautiful and interesting Suffolk.

The lounge was a little stark and could do with some pictures on the wall and soft lighting/lamps maybe. Not a problem in the Summer when lighter, and the opening of the doors on to a lovely patio with barbeque can be utilised.

"Perfect Annexe for a couple and a dog!"

The Annexe was perfect for our stay, I’m sure we will be back! It had everything we needed including the enclosed garden for our pup which was great. It was also a brilliant location for everywhere we wanted to visit. Gary was a brilliant host and sent all information beforehand to ensure it was a smooth check in, thank you!

"Fantastic"

We had a fantastic break whilst visiting some of our favourite areas in Suffolk and this location was ideal. We were surrounded with lovely views and had great options for local walks but we were only a very short drive away from either coastal walks or great pubs and restaurants in Woodbridge.The Annexe itself was perfect for our needs; really great facilities, clean, amazing views and a great secure garden for our 4 legged friend. Everything inside was built to a really high standard. Gary was a great host and made us feel very welcomed with a lovely welcome note on arrival. We will certainly look to book again when we visit Suffolk again.

Quiet, relaxing, very comfortable. We took our dogs, they loved it too. Highly recommended.

Maybe a foot stool to rest your legs after some lovely walks.
