Lage hervorragend. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings sehr steil. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, schön und sauber.

Die Küche ist sehr unpraktisch eingerichtet.

It is one of those rare occasions to be fully satisfied with the accommodation. Luciano is doing his best to offer an excellent service and he perfectly succeeds. This house exceeded our expectations, it was great value for money. Excellent communication and a hassle-free check-in thanks to detailed instructions. The interior is modern, cozy and clean. The equipment is excellent, nothing is missing. There was also a coffee machine with enough Nespresso pods provided and tea and some basics for breakfast were also available at no extra cost. The location couldn’t be better – although the house is on a hill, the old town as well as the beach were just a short walk away. We regret only spending two nights here. We would be very happy to come back!

Perfektně připravený dům, s příjemnou atmosférou v přímořském stylu, majitel nás mile překvapil sladkostmi a nápoji. Moc děkujeme a vřele doporučujeme.

Luciano muy atento y agradable durante la estancia.El apartamento muy bien equipado, no le falta detalle,muy comodo y decorado con mucho gusto.Con los espacios bien distribuidos. Las camas mas que còmodas. Limpieza excepcional. Apartado del bullicio del centro pero cerca de todo. Aparcamiento fàcil, delante justo del apartamento siempre disponible. Si volvemos a Sardenya, repetimos seguro. Calidad/precio òptimos. Hemos estado seis dias como en casa.

Sin ningun comentario negativo. Todo muy correcto.

Superbe maison, confortable , spacieuse et propre.

Quelques équipements complémentaires comme grille-pain et four seraient bienvenus.

tout était parfait de la maison magnifique, les équipements, l emplacement, toutes les bonnes choses que Luciano laisse pour le petit déjeuner, rien à dire je recommande.

L’accueil de l’hôte, le confort , l’emplacement proche de la mer.
