Great host, very clean and spacious accommodation

Location was fabulous. Not packed with tourists which we like. Easy access to many of the best beaches (an hour or less).

Only one bathroom but we knew that before arriving. There were two couples so some coordinating was necessary.

The owner's kindness, the apartment was spotless and very enjoyable. It had everything we needed for our stay and the air conditioning was absolutely marvelous. The beds were very confortable and it was spacious.

Luciano is a great host! The house is huge, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a family!

Parking can be a challenge (like mostly in Italy 😉), but manageable with a bit of patience.

There was ample parking near the property, which is uphill from the sea. The spacious accommodation was just 10/15 mins walk from the nearest beach and restaurants. It was possible to see the sea from the front porch seating area. Breakfast for our two night stay was prepared and laid out when we arrived.

A long list of regulations was presented on arrival. It included .... "do not move beds, furniture or tables" "It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol inside the house" Also there was a separate charge for each use of the washing machine.
